Football, Friends and Fabulous Food

Once again, my husband invited dinner guests over at the last minute to watch some football.  Since I wanted to visit with our friends Carol & Lenny, I chose some simple dishes that I knew were sure to please… and it was no surprise that Ina Garten’s Grilled New Strip Steaks rub was a touchdown!

I also had carrots in the ice box and a recipe that I wanted to try from January’s Bon Appetit. So I gave it a go and ta-da…Roasted Curry Carrots with Yogurt Sauce a successful new dish!

Serve this with some baked potatoes or a nice crusty bread and this meal won’t have any foul plays.
