Grilled Romaine with Cherries X2

- 2 heads romaine lettuce, halved
- 2 C pitted fresh cherries
- 1 C cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 - 1 C buttermilk ranch dressing
- avocado for garnish
Drizzle lettuce with a few drops of olive oil and grill for about 5 minutes over medium heat. The edges of lettuce will with an there will be visible char marks. Simultaneously roast cherries in a bed of foil on grill for 10 minutes.
Reserve grilled romaine on the side.
Plate romaine and top with roasted cherries, cherry tomatoes and avocado. Drizzle with Buttermilk Ranch Dressing and serve.
Make it a meal and serve with grilled salmon on the side.
