Muesli in Minutes

Muesli in a mason jar makes it easy to take breakfast with you on the go.

Yield: 1 serving
  • 1/4 C quick cooking oats
  • 1.5 T black chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 C vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1/3 C almond milk
  • 1/2 C mixed berries
  • 2 cup mason jar with lid


Step 1

Mix oats, chia seeds & cinnamon in a 2 cup mason jar. Add yogurt, almond milk and fruit. Put lid on jar and shake until completely combined.

Step 2

Refrigerate overnight. Enjoy in the morning!
