Simple Italian Salad

This simple Italian salad is quick, easy, colorful and you probably have several ingredients in your pantry already.

Ingredients

Yield: 4 - 6 servings
  • 2 hearts romaine lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, peeled + chopped
  • 1/4 cup pepperoncinis
  • 1/2 can quartered artichokes
  • 1/2 can hearts of palm, sliced
  • radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup salami, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup torn buffalo mozzarella (optional)
  • a few grinds of sea salt + freshly ground black pepper
  • Newman's Own Olive Oil + Vinegar dressing to taste

Instructions

Toss all the ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy!
