Peach Tomato Burrata Salad

Ingredients

• 1 pint of various homegrown garden tomatoes
• 1 peach, pit removed and sliced into 8ths
• 1 - 8 oz ball of burrata cheese
• a few sprigs of lemon verbena or lemon basil
• balsami glaze for drizzle
