- 2 beets, peeled and chopped
- 1 fennel bulbs, chopped
- 2 cara cara oranges, segmented
- 1 T feta cheese crumbled
- balsamic vinegar (to taste)
Instructions
Step 1
Arrange fennel, orange segments & beets on a plate.
Step 2
Sprinkle with mint chiffonade & feta cheese.
Step 3
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar of choice.
