Passover-Achieving Foods

My family always looks forward to the traditional Jewish foods at Seder:

Homemade Matzoh Balls & Chicken Soup

Brisket

However, dessert can be another story…With limited ingredient options for Passover, goodies often all taste the same (or as referred to in this weekend’s Wall Street Journal “Pasa-drek”).  Store bought macaroons don’t even compare to the home baked ones.  Try these simple Coconut Macaroons to satisfy your sweet tooth and impress your family and friends at the Seder.

*Plus: they are gluten-free
